Grand opening on December 12 introduces second Western New York location |
Clarence, NY—Excitement is brewing in Western New York as Trader Joe's prepares to open its doors at 5017 Transit Road in Clarence on Friday, December 12.
The grand opening ceremony is scheduled for 8:55 a.m., with the store welcoming customers from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
This marks the second Trader Joe's location in the region, joining the existing store on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
The new store has created over sixty jobs for local residents, bolstering the area's economy.
In line with its commitment to community support, Trader Joe's will implement its Neighborhood Shares Program, ensuring that 100% of unsold products are donated daily to local non-profit organizations.
The store occupies the former Applebee's site, which underwent significant renovations to accommodate the 13,500-square-foot grocery space.
Access to the store is available through three entry points via the existing Eastgate Plaza.
Residents are eager to welcome Trader Joe's to the neighborhood, anticipating a positive impact on the community.
As the holiday season approaches, the store's opening adds to the festive spirit in Clarence.
Local events such as the Clarence Chamber Holiday Luncheon on December 9 and the Deck the Stalls event on December 13 at Spruce Meadow Farm offer additional opportunities for community engagement.
For more information on the grand opening and store offerings, residents can visit the store during operating hours or contact the store directly.
With its unique selection of products and dedication to community involvement, Trader Joe's is set to become a cherished addition to Clarence. |
