Taste of Buffalo announces participating restaurants for 43rd annual festival
Diverse selection of restaurants, food trucks & wineries from Greater Buffalo and surrounding area make up this year’s lineup for nation’s largest two-day food festival

The Taste of Buffalo, the nation's largest two-day food festival, is set to return for its 43rd annual celebration on July 11-12, 2026, along Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo.

 

This year's festival boasts a diverse lineup of 42 restaurants and food trucks, alongside four wineries, showcasing the rich culinary tapestry of Western New York.

 

Notably, 13 establishments will be making their debut at the event, adding fresh flavors to the mix.

Adam Roma, the 2026 Taste of Buffalo Chairperson, expressed enthusiasm about the event's offerings, stating, "Our guests can enjoy the incredible food from more than 40 restaurants, including some old friends coming back to the event."

 

He also highlighted the festival's commitment to supporting local charities through event proceeds.

 

In addition to the culinary delights, the festival will feature a brand-new entertainment lineup across six stages throughout the venue.
