A company representative confirmed that they have a property under contract on Maple Road in Amherst, specifically targeting the former Red Lobster location.

Assuming the real estate transaction proceeds as planned, the Buffalo project will undergo the necessary entitlements and permitting processes, with construction anticipated to commence in 2027 at the earliest.
