Martin House Announces New Thursday Evening Farmer’s Market

New partnership brings fresh produce, baked goods, and local vendors to the Martin House every Thursday evening from June 25–September 24

The Martin House is set to host a new Thursday evening farmers market, running from June 25 through September 24.

This initiative aims to bring fresh produce, baked goods, and specialty foods to the Buffalo community.

Operating from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the Summit Avenue side of the Martin House campus, the market offers a convenient post-work shopping option.

It's an ideal opportunity for those who find it challenging to visit markets during traditional hours.

Lauren Willett, known for her work with the Kenmore Farmers Market and Delaware Park Indoor Winter Market, will oversee the market's operations.

Her experience ensures a well-curated selection of vendors and products.

The market is part of the Wright Nights summer programming, which features extended evening hours, tours, workshops, live music, and other special events throughout the season.

Integrating the market into this lineup enhances the community experience at the historic landmark.

Visitors can expect a variety of offerings, including fresh seasonal produce, flowers, artisan breads, and a curated selection of local vendors providing specialty foods, wellness products, baked goods, coffee, tea, fresh-pressed juices, pantry staples, artisanal cheeses, and handcrafted goods.

Admission to the market is free and open to the public.

Attendees are encouraged to explore the Martin House campus, participate in Wright Nights activities, and support local vendors throughout the season.
