League of Women Voters of Buffalo Niagara Hosts Candidate Forums Ahead of Election Day

As Election Day approaches, the League of Women Voters of Buffalo Niagara is actively engaging the community by hosting a series of Meet the Candidates forums this week.

 

On Monday, October 20, the focus will be on the Orchard Park town supervisor and town council races.

 

This event is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Orchard Park Community Center, located at 4520 California Road.

 

Later in the week, on Thursday, October 23, attention shifts to the Amherst town supervisor race.

 

This forum will commence at 6 p.m. in the UB North Campus Student Union Theater, situated at 50 Lee Road in Buffalo.

 

Both forums are free and open to the public, providing an invaluable opportunity for voters to hear directly from the candidates certified by the Board of Elections.
