Erie County Fair announces lower prices on admission, food for 2026

Advance sale admission tickets are now $15, fees included.

The Erie County Fair is making a concerted effort to be more affordable for families in 2026.

Advance sale admission tickets are now priced at $15, a nearly 12% reduction from last year.

Regular admission has been lowered to $19, reflecting a 16% decrease.

Children aged 12 and under can enter for free when accompanied by an adult, and parking remains complimentary.

Fair CEO Jessica Underberg emphasized the importance of these changes, stating, "We understand families must make choices. Every dollar matters."

Recognizing that food is a major draw and expense, the fair has collaborated with vendors to offer value-priced options.

Attendees are also welcome to bring their own food, non-alcoholic beverages, and coolers onto the grounds.

New ride promotions include $2 per ride on August 13 and unlimited rides from noon to 5 p.m. for $30 on August 16 and 23.

Underberg noted, "Families told us they wanted more flexibility and value when it comes to rides."

The fair runs from August 12 to 23 at the Hamburg Fairgrounds.
