The facility will be located at the Science & Technology Advanced Manufacturing Park (STAMP) in the town of Alabama.
The project encompasses a 900,000-square-foot data center on a 59-acre site.
It is expected to create 122 full-time jobs with annual salaries ranging from $80,000 to $120,000.
Additionally, the construction phase will generate numerous temporary positions.
The Genesee County Economic Development Center (GCEDC) has approved the project, citing its potential to generate $218.4 million in local revenues over the next two decades.

Construction is slated to begin this year, with the facility designed to minimize environmental impact.
Features include low water usage and reduced noise and light pollution.
